This is the UGA Wiki section devoted to native games and the guides to get them running. Often times one finds the installation of a game to be a bothersome task. Source installs tend to scare people away from games that require them. Likewise, installing a game with cvs or svn trunk access can be rather daunting to a new user. It is the intent of this subsection of the wiki to provide the user with the common processes and knowledge to make these kinds of things less daunting and fearful.
It is a good idea to check if the game you want to install is in Add/Remove or Synaptic Package Manager first. But if it's outdated or not there then proceed.
